5 Side Income Streams to Consider
Most people rely on a single income source, their 9 to 5 job.
If that income suddenly disappears one day they have to scramble to find another one.
Creating multiple income streams help diversify one’s earning power to better withstand uncertainty. 🙂
In my most recent video I discuss 5 practical side incomes to try for 2022.
Some ideas are more accessible than other. But there’s probably a suitable side income stream out there for everyone.
I go into detail for each side income idea showing which apps and tools you can use to help you get started.
I also break down my personal side incomes so you can see the different income streams I’ve picked up over the years outside of my 9 to 5 job. 🙂

Random Useless Fact:
Great job Liquid for diversifying your income streams. I watched your video with great interest! It is so cool that you teach at a local college. That’s awesome. Your net rental income is amazing too. Wow 👏 Lovely to see how your dividend income has grown over the years. Thanks for sharing your side incomes. Well done!!! 👌 For me, I am using these side hustles: consulting (self business), tutoring, dividend investing, content creation/ad revenue, and rental income as main side hustles. 🙂
Thanks Moe. It’s all about trying out different things, keeping what works, and discarding what doesn’t. Over time the income streams just continue to build up, lol. 🙂
Another great video, Liquid. There are so many great side-hustle ideas out there. The one I’d do if I had more time would be to be a handyman on the side. It’s a great way to be keep active and build some skills. Even doing simple tasks like installing air conditioners or a TVs, replacing fixtures, and other household tasks, can pay a decent wage for a side-hustle.
Thanks for watching Al. I like the handyman side hustle idea too.
It’s especially useful if you plan to get into real estate investing. A lot of repairs and renovations in between tenants you can just do yourself instead of hiring someone else. 🙂
Learning to work with your hands is both a money maker, and a money saver.
